// Steps for ensuring that WebArrow voice settings are properly configured
  Question
What can I do to ensure that my WebArrow voice settings are properly configured?
  Answer
1) Open the Volume Control window by double clicking the speaker icon in the taskbar. You can also open the Volume Control window in Control Panel->Sounds and Audio Devices->Advanced. In the Volume Control window ensure that no features such as Wave, and Volume Control are muted. Mute the Mic Volume to avoid feedback and echo.

2) Switch to the Recording view of Volume Control by clicking Options->Properties, select Recording and click OK. In the Recording view ensure that the microphone setting (may vary depending on your sound card) is selected and that it is not muted.

3) Adjust the Sensitivity level to increase the range of voices that you can receive. The sensitivity level can be adjusted by clicking Options->Advanced Settings->Voice. The lower the sensitivity level the less restricted the range of voices you can hear.
