// I can hear the other party in a meeting but they can't hear me
  Question
I can hear the other party in a meeting but they can't hear me.
  Answer
Before proceeding ensure that your headset is in good working order and that:

1. Your microphone is plugged into the proper slot at the back of your computer.
2. You are not muted or in push-to-talk mode (i.e. the lock next to the microphone button is not released).

Next, ensure that the following conditions are true:

1. The other participant's headset is plugged in properly into the sound card at the back of the computer. In many cases, the sound card slot labels may be confusing and the headset microphone and/or speakers may not be plugged in the correct slots.

2. Ask the other participant to use the Windows recording tool to test that the headset is correctly plugged in and is in working order. For information on how to use the Windows sound recorder to test for WebArrow please see this article: http://support.namzak.com/deskpro/faq.php?do=article&articleid=70.

3. If problems persist please submit a ticket to WebArrow Technical Support.
