| My tester showed a Fail result and I would like to report the results to Namzak Labs. What do I need to do? |

The tester tool generates log files to help Namzak Labs determine why the tester reports a Fail result. The log file can be found under the following path: c:\Documents and Settings\<username>\My Documents\My WebArrow Logs\logs\Tester.log.
If you receive a Fail result after running the tester tool please send the above file to Namzak Labs support but submitting a ticket and attaching your log or by emailing support@namzak.com. |
