I cannot download the WebArrow ActiveX to join a meeting.
  Answer    
Ensure that Internet Explorer (IE) allows for active scripting and that ActiveX installation is enabled. Setting security in IE to medium should accomplish this. To change IE security settings click Tools-Internet Options-Security-Medium.

Run the WebArrow/Conference compatibility testing tool to see if your computer is configured properly to run WebArrow.
