// Compatibility tester shows a warning for the Voice over IP (UDP) test
  Question
The compatibility tester shows a warning for the Voice Over IP test. How is this going to affect my WebArrow conference?
  Answer
UDP is the preferred voice over IP protocol. Most corporate firewalls/proxies will not allow UDP. When this is the case, WebArrow voice will still work by falling back to TCP. Should UDP fail, the tester tool will provide a warning for information purposes only.

When using TCP, the voice latency may vary from about the same as UDP, but could be noticeably longer. This depends entirely on the current quality of the network connection between the participant and our servers. Poor network conditions will result in higher latency. Good network conditions will result is negligible latency.
