// Setting Internet Explorer as your default browser
  Question
How do I set Internet Explorer to be my default browser?
  Answer
1) Open Internet Explorer (double-click the desktop icon or go to Start->Programs->Internet Explorer).
2) Click Tools->Internet Options and then the Programs tab. Check the box labelled 'Internet Explorer should check to see whether it is the default browser'.
3) Click Apply and then OK.
4) Close Internet Explorer and restart it. Internet Explorer will present a prompt informing you that it is not your default browser. Click Yes to make IE your default browser. If this prompt does not appear then IE is already your default browser.
