// Will WebArrow/Sharing tunnel through our Proxy Server?
  Question
Our company requires a Proxy Server for internet access. Will WebArrow/Sharing be able make a connection through our Proxy Server?
  Answer
When connecting participants to a meeting the WebArrow client initiates secure TCP connections on multiple ports. These ports are 443, 563, 7399, 1503. The participant’s computer must allow WebArrow to make a TCP connection on at least one of these ports through the firewall/proxy. WebArrow will attempt a direct connection first, and if that fails it will examine your system to see if there are any proxy settings available. If there are, then WebArrow will attempt to use them to establish a connection.

If your proxy server requires authentication, you may be prompted for a username and password when WebArrow attempts a connection. Enter the correct userid and password to allow WebArrow to make a successful connection.

If you still experience problems connecting to WebArrow please contact WebArrow technical support by submitting a ticket with your WebArrow.log file. See the WebArrow Logs section (http://support.namzak.com/deskpro/faq.php?categoryid=15) for information on what logs to provide.
